I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Boston, Massachusetts.
I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Communications and Journalism, but during my studies, I discovered my real passion lay in listening, supporting, and advocating for others. That realization led me to pursue a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at the University of New Hampshire.
Since becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor 18 years ago, I’ve worked in a range of settings—college counseling centers, corporate EAP programs, and private practice—helping clients navigate challenges like anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how therapy can help clients shift perspectives, make new choices, and build more meaningful lives.
I love this work because I deeply believe in human resilience. No matter your past, change is possible—whether that means rethinking a belief, reclaiming confidence, or finding a path that feels more in tune with who you are.
